Dealing With Anxiety

I have a ton of anxiety! A lot of people don't think I do since I play sports and I try to hold down our culture here, but it's definitely still a thing for me :(


I try to overcome by surrounding myself with loved ones (which probably isn't who anyone thinks it is), free of judgements, and by trying to fill the bit of free time I have with things I love doing. This helps transform my mental space, so I can focus on creative stuff and being there for others.


I've been bullied a lot recently (and sometimes it feels like I should just become the bully), but I try to be as strong as I can. I build a confidence wall, where I try to hype myself up and keep my insecurities hidden. Sometimes, cracks show up in the wall, and it feels like things are falling apart and the world seems to be all against me.


That's why I try to remove the toxicities in my life, like the situations that drain me or pull me down, or the people that take me for granted and make me feel low (and eventually anxious).


Going forward, I want to fill my life with my passions, positivity, and good company.
